Job Description

Job Overview What We're Looking For:
Someone who's been in the field and understands that no two jobs are the same. You don't need to be a master of everything, but you need to be capable across multiple trades and willing to step in wherever needed. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual with hands-on experience in restoration and construction, specifically in condo and beachside environments. Every job is different. This is not a single-trade position — our work involves a mix of concrete repair, coatings, waterproofing, caulking, and painting depending on the project. A strong candidate understands how to adapt, problem-solve, and work in active condo properties, often on the beach, around residents, property managers, and HOA requirements.
Responsibilities:
Concrete chipping, prep, and repairs (spalls, patching, etc.) Assisting with or leading small concrete pours Applying deck coating and waterproofing systems Caulking and sealant work (joints, expansion joints, etc.) Surface prep for coatings and painting Basic painting and finishing work Working in condo environments while maintaining professionalism and cleanliness ⸻
Requirements:
Experience in restoration, concrete, or related construction field Familiarity with condo restoration work (preferred, especially beachside projects) Knowledge of concrete repair and pouring Understanding of coating systems and sealants Ability to use common tools and equipment Can adapt to different types of work from job to job Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail ⸻ Preferred (but not required): Experience with EIFS/stucco repair Experience with waterproofing systems (deck coatings, sealants) Foreman or leadership experience Comfortable working on occupied properties with residents present ⸻ Alex 386-576-7270 call me and we'll get you set up for an interview ASAP.
