General Contractor is seeking experienced Carpenter for custom home and residential remodel projects near Dunedin FL. Experience in all phases of building and remodeling. Just be honest and let me know what you know. This is a Full Time job with the opportunity to work some weekends. Must be a self-starter with great people skills, drug free. Car/truck with valid license and tools are expected. Must have at least 5-10 years experience. honest, trustworthy and reliable is a must. we are very BUSY so if you are ready to work, please apply! I am looking for someone who has skills in all phases of construction including, building, framing, finishing, interior and exterior work. This position is available ASAP. there are no benefits with the position. LLC preferred. 1099 job. hours may vary but are generally 8-4 or 5 Monday-Friday. must be able to do manual labor and work in the heat. You can call Mike at 727-226-2786
