Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Framer Carpenter and become a vital part of building durable, high-quality structures. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately framing walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using a variety of materials including wood, metal, and concrete forms. Your expertise will help transform blueprints and technical drawings into real-world structures, ensuring safety, precision, and craftsmanship at every stage. Responsibilities MUST have ability to read and interpret blueprints Perform trim carpentry tasks including installing doors, windows, and interior finishes to ensure seamless aesthetics. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to cut, shape, and assemble framing components efficiently. Conduct roofing, siding, stucco, and masonry work as needed to complete project specifications. Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards. Skills At least 3 years framing experience Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and dimensional measurements. Correctly reading blueprints is essential. Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, plastering, and roofing applications. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment when required. Solid background in carpentry including frame carpentry and trim work Basic math skills necessary for accurate measurements and calculations on-site.
