Job Description
Start times vary between 5am and 7am; shifts are typically 8 hours, some lasting as long as 10 hours. Sites are often construction sites, requiring full PPE. Jobsites may vary by specific location day to day but will be located in and around Gainesville. Some may be indoors, but candidates should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and elements, including extreme Florida heat. Transportation is required to and from the sites, as well as good communication to the office for job assignments. Work is short term to start, ongoing for those with consistent attendance and outstanding performance. Pay is based on experience, job, attendance, and performance feedback.
