Carpenter / Laborer

Job Summary We are looking for someone to work in our carpentry workshop who possesses basic knowledge of operating CNC production machinery. Duties Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, drywall installation, and door hanging to support project progress Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling materials Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Prepare construction sites by performing heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup Install fixtures, cabinetry, mold remediation components, and perform restoration work including water damage repairs Support concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, and metal stud framing as needed Contribute to manufacturing or fabrication tasks related to custom carpentry or structural components Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of carpentry disciplines such as framing, trim carpentry, or roofing Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise project execution Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., hammers, saws) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) Physical strength for heavy lifting and sustained manual labor in various weather conditions Familiarity with construction estimating processes and schematic interpretation is a plus Experience in restoration industry tasks such as water damage remediation or mold removal is advantageous Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for job site access Join our team if you're passionate about building quality structures and eager to develop your skills across multiple facets of construction!
