Custom Cabinetry Installer Assistant Job Summary We're looking for a dependable Installer Assistant to help our installation team with custom cabinetry projects. No professional installation experience is required, but carpentry experience is a plus. You'll work directly alongside an experienced installer, helping install kitchens, vanities, closets, and other custom cabinetry in residential homes. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the trade and grow with the company. Pay & Schedule Full-time position 40 hours per week Pay based on experience Steady work year-round Work Location & Transportation Requirements Must be able to meet at our shop in Hialeah each morning and drive to the job sites located primarily in Ocean Reef (Key Largo). 90% of our work is in Key Largo, especially Ocean Reef. Must be comfortable spending time on the road and working at different job sites throughout the week. Responsibilities Assist the lead installer with cabinetry installations. Help load and unload cabinets and materials. Carry materials into homes and keep them protected during installation. Help install hardware, fillers, panels, toe kicks, and other finishing pieces. Keep the job site clean and organized. Use basic hand and power tools safely. Follow directions from the lead installer and help wherever needed. Help make sure installations are completed neatly and professionally. Requirements Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred. Carpentry, or cabinetry installation experience preferred. Willing to learn and take direction. Dependable and shows up on time. Able to lift and carry cabinetry and materials throughout the day. Comfortable working in occupied homes and around clients. Requisitos Se prefiere experiencia en carpintería o instalación de gabinetes. Disposición para aprender y seguir instrucciones. Persona confiable y puntual. Capacidad para levantar y transportar gabinetes y materiales durante la jornada laboral. Comodidad trabajando en viviendas habitadas y en presencia de clientes.
