Momentum:
Consistent pipeline and advancement to Lead Installer and Project Lead. What You'll Tackle Set millwork: cabinetry, countertops, trim, wall panels, and casework to exacting specs.
Assemble and install fixtures:
shelving, displays, and furnishings for complete floor sets. Read and act on blueprints, shop drawings, and install plans to sequence work.
Install specialty items:
bathroom accessories, wall protection, graphics, doors, hardware, and equipment. Operate hand/power tools safely; maintain a clean, professional site. Travel as part of a high-performing team across the Southeast. What You'll Need Experience in commercial carpentry, millwork, FF&E installation, or construction (preferred). Ability to read tape measures and basic construction drawings. Dependable transportation.
Personal tool kit:
drill, impact, circular saw, tape measure, hammer, screwdrivers, etc. Capable of lifting 50+ pounds and standing for extended periods. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Willing to travel for extended durations. Pay & Perks Competitive pay based on experience. Hotel accommodations provided. $30 per day Per Diem. Mileage reimbursement of $0.40 per mile after the first 60 miles traveled. Travel time paid at state minimum wage after the first hour of travel. Promotion paths to Lead Installer and Project Lead. Reliable, ongoing project flow with opportunity to convert to full-time.
