Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable carpenter, installer with hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers excellent pay for qualified candidates who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic. As a carpenter installer, you will be responsible for executing a variety of construction and installation tasks across different projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties Install a wide range of fixtures, cabinetry, glass, doors, and trim carpentry components with precision and care Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide installation processes Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively Perform construction site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols Conduct caulking, plastering, stucco application, flooring installation, tile laying, and concrete finishing as needed Assist with remodeling projects by performing demolition, restoration, framing, masonry, roofing, and drywall tasks Use Bluebeam software or similar digital tools for project documentation and communication Requirements Proven experience in construction installation roles with a solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques Knowledge of construction management principles including estimating, inspection, and project coordination Experience in plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing or related trades is highly desirable Ability to work safely on construction sites while adhering to all safety regulations and protocols Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality control Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors Join us if you're ready to bring your expertise to exciting projects while earning competitive pay!
