Form Carpenter - highrise Allen Concrete & Masonry naples fl Full-Time | 45-65 Hours per Week | Per Diem Available Job Summary Allen Concrete & Masonry is hiring experienced Form Carpenters for a large highrise project in Naples Florida. This project will run approximately 10 months with steady hours and overtime opportunities. We are seeking carpenters with strong experience in large gang form systems and heavy structural concrete work. Responsibilities Build, set, align, and strip large panel formwork systems Work with gang forms and modular wall systems Read and interpret structural drawings and layout Form heavy structural walls, tanks, and foundations Maintain clean and safe work areas Follow company safety standards and project requirements Required Experience Applicants must have experience with one or more of the following systems: EZ Gang PASCHAL Logo PERI Framax Doka Framax Preferred experience includes: Water treatment plants Wastewater plants Industrial concrete projects Large retaining walls or tank structures Qualifications 3+ years formwork experience preferred Ability to work 45-65 hours per week Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and safety mindset Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Per diem available (if applicable) Long-term project stability (10 months) Opportunity for continued employment after project completion Work Location naples fl How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or contact Allen Concrete & Masonry to schedule an interview.
