Carpenter Perfect Deed Homes seeking highly skilled, experienced, and detail-oriented Carpenter specializing in kitchen cabinet assembly & installation, window & pre-hung exterior door installation, baseboard, pre-hung interior door, pocket door, and bifold door installation, as well as other various installations such as appliances, mirrors, and other accessories. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship, consistently deliver exceptional results, and maintain the high standards. Our ideal candidate must demonstrate technical skills, precision, efficiency, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering premium-quality workmanship. This position requires lifting doors and windows, and other heavy objects. Key Responsibilities Assemble and install kitchen cabinets. Install windows and exterior doors. Install baseboard, interior pre-hung doors, pocket doors, and bifold doors. Install appliances Hang mirrors and bathroom accessories such as towel bars and toilet paper holders. Hang closet maid shelving. Install doorknobs, locks, and stops. Perform precise cabinet leveling, alignment, adjustments, and finishing. Install hardware and finish accessories. Accurately measure, cut, modify, and fit cabinetry according to project specifications. Read and interpret layouts, measurements, and plans. Identify and resolve installation challenges if needed. Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites. Ensure every installation meets our company's strict quality standards. Required Minimum 5 years of carpentry related experience. Knowledge of carpentry, cabinet installation, window and door installation Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce precise, clean, high-quality results. Ability to work independently. Ability to lift and install windows and doors. Reliable transportation and appropriate professional tools needed to complete the job. Candidate must speak English. Respectful communication, reliability, and accountability. Pride in workmanship and responsibility for delivering excellent results.
