Job Description

Our client is currently seeking or in need of a Scenic Carpenter in Orlando, FL to support theme park and large-scale scenic construction projects throughout the area. This role is ideal for someone with strong carpentry experience, solid shop skills, and the ability to work with precision in a fast-paced production environment. The right candidate will be comfortable using woodworking equipment, reading project details carefully, and helping build high-quality scenic elements from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for a skilled carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys working on creative, high-visibility projects.
The Day-to-Day:
Support theme park, entertainment, and large-scale fabrication projects throughout the Orlando area Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and production specifications Maintain accuracy while working on custom builds and detailed scenic elements Assist with setup, staging, and preparation of materials for fabrication Inspect completed work to ensure quality, fit, and proper finish
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required 3 to 5 years of carpentry, scenic fabrication, wood shop, or related experience preferred Comfortable working with table saws, CNC machines, routers, sanders, band saws, and similar equipment Strong measuring, cutting, assembly, and finishing skills Excellent attention to detail
Pay Rate:
$24.00 to $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
