In this vital role, you will bring craftsmanship and precision to residential, commercial, and restoration projects by executing high-quality finish carpentry work. Your expertise will help transform raw structures into beautifully finished spaces, ensuring every detail meets our standards of excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated carpenters passionate about craftsmanship and dedicated to delivering exceptional results on every project. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other finish carpentry components with precision Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Install fixtures such as cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and decorative elements to enhance the aesthetic appeal of spaces Perform framing tasks including metal stud framing and light structural work as needed for finishing projects Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks with accuracy and quality Conduct surface preparation activities such as caulking, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration to ensure smooth finishes Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards Requirements Proven experience in finish carpentry, trim carpentry, framing carpentry, or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; familiarity with construction estimating is a plus Skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, sanders) for precise craftsmanship Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and ability to work safely in various environments including roofing or masonry sites when necessary Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining attention to detail Experience with fixture installation such as doors, cabinetry, flooring (tile or wood), siding or metal stud framing is highly desirable Strong understanding of building codes, restoration industry standards, and water damage remediation techniques Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project changes or unforeseen challenges Join us in creating beautiful spaces through expert craftsmanship!
