We are currently hiring Cabinet Grade Carpenters in Orlando, FL for upcoming projects. Pay is $25
- $29.95 per hour based on experience and skillset. The Cabinet Grade Carpenter is responsible for constructing, assembling, and repairing wooden structures and components in a controlled shop environment. This role focuses on precision craftsmanship, reading plans, and preparing materials for installation. Schedule Monday to Friday schedule 6:00 AM

Shop Carpenter Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings and project specifications Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials based on blueprints or shop drawings Operate woodworking tools and machinery (saws, routers, sanders, drills, etc.) Build cabinets, frames, fixtures, doors, and custom wood products Construct and assemble wood components for cabinetry, furniture, scenic elements, and themed environments. Create layouts, cut lists, and perform CNC cutting or programming (for applicable roles) Inspect materials for quality and ensure accuracy of finished products Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Collaborate with project managers, designers, and field teams Perform repairs or modifications to existing structures or components Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a carpenter or shop carpenter Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Basic math and measurement skills Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Skills:
0-6+ years of professional carpentry or fabrication experience (depending on level) Knowledge of different wood types and materials Familiarity with CNC machines (a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:
Shop and fabrication environment with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Requires standing, bending, and lifting, up to 30 lbs. regularly.
