In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise carpentry work that enhances the aesthetic and structural quality of residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that all finishing touches, including trim, cabinetry, doors, and custom woodwork, meet the highest standards of craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality remodeling, restoration, and new construction projects while working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior woodwork such as trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, and siding with accuracy and attention to detail Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute precise finishing work aligned with project specifications Operate hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, sanders, woodworking machines) safely and efficiently to complete tasks Perform drywall installation, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and water damage restoration as needed for project completion Install fixtures including doors, windows, moldings, and hardware while ensuring proper fit and finish Execute rebar installation for framing or restoration projects when required Assist with remodeling projects by assembling components and preparing surfaces for finishing touches such as tile laying or siding application Experience Proven experience in residential carpentry with a strong background in framing and finish carpentry Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to interpret construction plans accurately Hands-on experience with woodworking tools and machinery used in detailed carpentry work Familiarity with the restoration industry including mold remediation and water damage repair techniques Prior construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness with power tool safety certifications preferred Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks consistently Strong understanding of building codes related to drywall installation, stucco work, siding application, door hanging, and fixture installation Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to deliver exceptional finishing work that transforms spaces!
