Duties Assist in demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tile laying, and finishing work to bring renovation visions to life Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans Perform construction inspection and quality control checks to ensure standards are met throughout each phase Install cabinetry, doors, windows, glass panels, trim carpentry elements, stucco finishes, and masonry components with precision Conduct concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks to enhance structural integrity and aesthetic appeal Support plumbing and electrical work when necessary under supervision, adhering to safety protocols and schematics Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans for accurate implementation Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes for efficient project execution Skilled in various trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), roofing, masonry, plastering, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, welding, and concrete finishing Familiarity with construction inspection procedures and safety standards on active sites Ability to perform construction site assessments for quality assurance and adherence to specifications Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members effectively Embark on an exciting career journey where your craftsmanship makes a difference!
