Key responsibilities include:

Conduct regular inspections of the buildings and properties, and immediately repair and / or report any identified issues. Performing diverse tasks such as painting common areas and units, making minor repairs, and engaging in general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work. Maintaining detailed records and producing maintenance reports as directed. Demonstrating flexibility by embracing additional duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Required:

• Prior Maintenance Experience is required.
• A valid Driver's License with reliable transportation is necessary, with mileage reimbursement while on the clock.
• General experience in building trades, repair, and maintenance.
• Create custom cabinets and perform custom trim work a plus.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed, as well as respond to emergencies directed by the supervisor.
