Precision Window & Trim Install is seeking an experienced Trim Lead to oversee finish trim installation on high-end custom homes throughout Palm Beach and Martin Counties. If you take pride in exceptional craftsmanship, lead by example, and are committed to producing outstanding work, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a trim installation crew on residential construction projects.
  • Install interior and exterior finish trim, moldings, baseboards, crown molding, casings, doors, and other architectural millwork. (No framers, cabinets, stairs, etc)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Train and mentor crew members while maintaining a productive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with management, builders, and homeowners as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Precision's quality expectations. Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of recent trim carpentry experience, including experience leading a crew.
  • Extensive experience installing trim in high-end custom homes.
  • Ability to read blueprints and layout complex trim details.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must have your own basic hand tools.
  • Ability to lift and carry building materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • English required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. What We Offer
