- Lead and supervise a trim installation crew on residential construction projects.
- Install interior and exterior finish trim, moldings, baseboards, crown molding, casings, doors, and other architectural millwork. (No framers, cabinets, stairs, etc)
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Train and mentor crew members while maintaining a productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with management, builders, and homeowners as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Precision's quality expectations. Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of recent trim carpentry experience, including experience leading a crew.
- Extensive experience installing trim in high-end custom homes.
- Ability to read blueprints and layout complex trim details.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must have your own basic hand tools.
- Ability to lift and carry building materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Must pass a background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- English required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. What We Offer
