  • Full-time I'm looking to hire 2-4 trim installation crews as soon as possible.
The work will be done for production home builders such as Taylor Morrison, DR Horton, Pulte, & Lennar. Single family & townhomes. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and be proficient in various finishing techniques. This role involves working on construction sites to install interior doors, wall caps, window sills, pocket doors, skirt boards, crown molding, stair rails & exterior doors ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Duties Perform trim carpentry tasks, including the installation of moldings, baseboards, and door casings. Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience as a carpenter, particularly in finish carpentry. Strong skills in trim carpentry techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
