Concrete Finisher/Carpenter

Duties:

• Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces
• Use hand and power tools to shape and finish concrete
• Apply curing and sealing compounds to protect finished surfaces
• Repair and restore damaged concrete structures
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and specifications for concrete work
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper coordination of tasks
• Operate heavy equipment such as concrete saws, grinders, and polishers

Requirements:

• 3 years experience of Concrete finishing.
• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
• Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans
• Knowledge of various concrete finishing techniques and materials
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor in all weather conditions
• Familiarity with carpentry skills such as metal stud framing, tile laying, and plastering
• Experience in frame carpentry is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
