Carpentry, painting, finishing work, and all other work as needed.​ This person must be detail oriented, self sufficient, and mechanical. Clear Tech Pools - Maintenance Technician / General Maintenance Position Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance, repair, construction support, facility upkeep, and operational tasks as assigned by management. This position is a hands-on role that helps maintain the company's buildings, vehicles, equipment, retail locations, warehouses, job sites, and other company assets. The Maintenance Technician is expected to be flexible, dependable, and willing to assist in all areas of company operations as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: General building maintenance and repairs Facility upkeep, cleaning, and organization Painting, drywall, carpentry, windows, doors and construction work Basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs Equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance Vehicle and trailer inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs Warehouse organization and inventory support Loading, unloading, and transporting materials, equipment, and supplies Assisting with pool construction, remodel, repair, and service projects when needed Grounds maintenance, landscaping, and exterior property upkeep Installation, assembly, and repair of company fixtures, displays, shelving, and equipment Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner Assisting with deliveries, pickups, and job site support Responding to maintenance requests and company operational needs Performing emergency repairs as needed Following all company safety policies and procedures Completing documentation, reports, and inspections as required Additional Responsibilities This position is intended to be a broad, all-purpose support role. Employees may be assigned duties outside those specifically listed above based on company needs, operational demands, employee skill sets, and management direction. The Maintenance Technician is expected to assist wherever needed to support the successful operation of Clear Tech Pools and its affiliated businesses. Qualifications Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Pass background check Willingness to learn new skills and perform a variety of tasks Disclaimer This job description is not intended to be a complete list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the position.
