Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Affordable Helper, where you'll play a vital role in supporting skilled carpenters and construction professionals to deliver high-quality projects. Responsibilities Assist carpenters and other tradespeople with daily tasks on construction sites, including handling and passing hand tools and power tools safely. Support framing, trim carpentry, assembly, and door hanging activities by preparing materials and assisting with measurements. Perform general site cleanup, material organization, and heavy lifting to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Assist with fixture installation, cabinetry setup, drywall finishing, caulking, stucco application, and flooring or tile installation as needed. Experience Previous experience in construction or carpentry is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided for motivated learners. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and work at heights safely is essential.
