In this role, you will bring expert craftsmanship and attention to detail to a variety of residential remodeling and renovation projects. Your expertise in carpentry, woodworking, and construction will help transform spaces, ensuring quality workmanship and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals passionate about remodeling and custom carpentry work to make a tangible impact on clients' homes. Pay based on experience. What We Do Custom built-ins, entertainment / feature walls Cabinet installation Cabinet painting Drywall repair Kitchen remodeling Flooring installation & removal Baseboards & trim Interior / exterior painting Duties Interpret construction plans and technical drawings to execute custom remodeling projects accurately. Measure, cut, assemble, and install various construction materials using hand tools, power tools and machines. Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, siding installation, and fixture mounting with precision. Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to power tool safety protocols during tasks such as tile laying, caulking, siding work, and reinstallation of fixtures. Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Preferred Experience Background in residential carpentry including framing, trim work, siding, door hanging, and fixture installation. Hands-on experience with techniques using hand tools and power tools Demonstrated ability to work safely on construction sites with a focus on power tool safety and proper handling of wood construction materials. Prior experience in the industry or heavy remodeling projects is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting comfortably while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship across various tasks such as tile laying.
