Requirements Professional Tools:

Height Proficiency:

Compliance:

Core Responsibilities Execute high-end residential carpentry including crown molding, cabinetry, and custom interior/exterior trim. Perform woodwork to exact specifications using various materials such as composite, Ipe, MDF, HardieBoard, NewTechWood, etc. Manage job site logistics and material handling independently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Apply a "measure twice, cut once" mentality with a focus on zero waste.
