Facilities Carpenter

Wellington International is seeking a Full-Time Carpenter. We are seeking a skilled and experienced detail-oriented Carpenter for our Facilities Maintenance Department. The following are some of the key responsibilities required to be successful at the job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs all major repairs to all wood structures at the facility. Maintains the upkeep of all buildings at the facility. Installs all finish hardware (e.g., door closers, door handles/knobs, hooks and hangers). Seals and paints all structures at the facility. Assists with small construction projects at the facility. Assists other departments when needed (e.g., facility and grounds maintenance departments). All other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must adhere to all company policies. Ability to determine work priorities. Able to communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions. Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area. Must be able to work the weekends, as needed.
