We specialize in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and custom residential renovations. We are seeking experienced carpenters who take pride in their craftsmanship, professionalism, and ability to deliver exceptional results in occupied homes and luxury condominiums. This is a full-time, year-round position with a steady pipeline of projects and the opportunity to work alongside experienced project managers, designers, and trade professionals.
Responsibilities:
Expert installation of kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, custom millwork, crown molding, decorative trim, doors, hardware, and specialty finish carpentry items Read and interpret plans, elevations, shop drawings, and cabinet layouts while identifying and resolving field conditions Perform installations with an emphasis on fit, finish, alignment, and attention to detail Utilize broad construction knowledge, including framing, drywall, blocking, cabinet preparation, layouts, and remodeling best practices Safely and proficiently operate a wide variety of power and hand tools Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite while protecting clients' homes and furnishings Mentor and assist junior carpenters and installers when needed Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, homeowners, and trade partners Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean and working condition
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of hands-on carpentry experience Strong cabinet installation and finish carpentry skills Experience working in high-end residential remodeling environments preferred Personal work truck or cargo van capable of supporting daily installation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills & professionalism when interacting with clients and coworkers Ability to safely perform the physical demands of the trade, including lifting up to 45 pounds Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must pass a background check and drug screening If you are a skilled craftsman who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, we'd like to hear from you.
Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
