Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, including metal building erection, concrete forming, and framing. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a broad skill set, and grow within a collaborative environment that values safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and assist in the erection of metal buildings, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics. Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks with precision to meet project specifications. Install rebar and other reinforcement materials according to blueprints and safety standards. Execute masonry work, including laying bricks, blocks, and stone for various structures. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate construction activities. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution accurately. Conduct framing work using carpentry skills such as trim carpentry, woodworking, and metal stud framing. Install siding, stucco, roofing, plastering, and other exterior/interior finishes to enhance building aesthetics. Manage heavy lifting tasks with appropriate equipment while maintaining safety protocols. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects and restoration efforts to ensure quality outcomes. Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety regulations at all times. Experience Proven experience in construction site environments with hands-on knowledge of metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and related trades. Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and perform heavy lifting safely. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. Experience in construction management or supervision is a plus but not required. Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, plastering, stucco application, and framing methods preferred. Ability to work effectively in team settings while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience with restoration or remodeling projects is advantageous but not mandatory. $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
