Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Carpenter Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist skilled carpenters in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. This role requires a willingness to learn and develop carpentry skills while working in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, and shaping materials as per project specifications. Help with the installation of drywall, flooring, and trim carpentry. Support tile laying and plastering tasks as needed. Participate in roof installations and repairs under the guidance of experienced carpenters. Aid in door hanging and ensuring proper alignment and functionality. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Skills Basic knowledge of frame carpentry techniques. Familiarity with drywall installation and finishing processes. Experience or willingness to learn tile laying, plastering, and flooring installation. Understanding of roofing principles and practices is a plus. Ability to plumb structures accurately for proper alignment. Experience with CNC machinery is advantageous but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully. Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning new techniques.
