Private home seeking a skilled carpenter or cabinetmaker. Pay is $40 per hour. Pay is either by W-2 form or as a 1099 independent contractor. If you are an eligible independent contractor, a 1099 tax form will be included at the year end. You will be responsible for paying taxes on your earnings. This job is only for people living in Honolulu county. Anyone who applies from outside of Hawaii will be permanently blocked. The home has an immunocompromised patient. Jobs include:

installing new door frames and doors; building a simple outdoor kitchen; building a built-in desk; installing shelves, cubicles, cabinets, and drawers; installing windows, installing door thresholds, and general home improvement. Many other jobs included depending on your skill level. Initially the hours are between 1PM to 7PM. Job hours are between 11 to 20 hours per week; 3 to 5 days per week. After you can work alone, the total hours can be increased depending on your availability. The house is close to the Waikiki-Kapahulu library, the zoo, and the Kapahulu Rainbow Drive Inn. About us:

work will be for two people: an elderly woman and her adult son. The elderly person is a patient and at high risk to viruses. The doctor has ordered that we be very careful on who we hire. Covid vaccinated (Moderna or Phizer) is a must. Be willing to follow a high level of social distancing practices during off hours until all jobs are completed. Pay is $40 per hour.
