Guys on the Fly Remodels is hiring a Skilled Laborer to join our residential remodeling crew. We handle kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations, and we take pride in clean job sites and work we can stand behind. If you show up on time, work hard, and want to learn the trade, we'll teach you the rest. What You'll Do Perform demolition, framing, and structural repairs on residential and light commercial remodels Install doors, windows, trim, baseboard, casing, and crown molding Install cabinets, countertops, and built-ins Hang and patch drywall; prep surfaces for finish - Install flooring, tile backer, and related substrates Repair water damage, dry rot, and termite damage Read plans and scopes of work, take accurate measurements, and lay out your own work Keep job sites clean, safe, and protected (floors, furniture, and client belongings) Communicate clearly with the project lead about progress, materials, and any issues you find - Help guide helpers and apprentices on site

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

[3-5]+ years of hands-on remodeling or finish carpentry experience Strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field Your own basic hand and power tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet all day Reliable, on time, and respectful in clients' homes Clear communication skills

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with tile, plumbing, or electrical basics Condo remodel experience (working within AOAO rules and hours) Experience leading a small crew OSHA 10 certification
