Earn the respect of your crew through consistency and integrity. Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of commercial or concrete carpentry experience. Strong experience with framing, concrete formwork, and finish carpentry. Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
