REQUIREMENTS-ROLES-RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to work efficiently in both a team environment and independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication, listening, & interpersonal skills, along with a solid work ethic. Maintains a clean & organized shop, truck, trailer, and job site. Consistent attention to detail & quality craftsmanship to achieve accuracy & efficiency. Able to work at heights up to 30'. Lift, carry, & install up to 100 pounds. Measure & translate measurements for accurate cuts and layouts. Skilled use of power & hand tools. Use of effective communication & carpentry skills to identify and fix problems, or to relay to foreman for proper resolution. Framing; Window/Door installation; Siding/Soffit/Fascia/Gutter installation; Roofing; Drywall/Car Siding/LP Paneling/Trim installation, New & Resurface deck builds (wood & composite); Westbury Aluminum Screen Wall installation.
