Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated carpenter to join our construction team, bringing expertise in various facets of building and renovation projects. As a carpenter, you will be instrumental in transforming blueprints into reality, supporting the overall success of our construction initiatives, conducting framing carpentry including metal stud framing, woodworking, trim carpentry, and masonry tasks. Duties Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient construction processes Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans Install siding, stucco, roofing, plastering, and siding materials to enhance building aesthetics and durability Use hand tools for precise carpentry work such as framing, trimming, and detailed finishings Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for construction site activities Collaborate with project managers on remodeling projects and restoration efforts to meet client specifications Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on carpentry Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for accurate project execution Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, masonry work, roofing, siding, and plastering Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Strong understanding of construction management principles and safety protocols on-site Experience working with carpentry disciplines including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, woodwork, and metal stud framing Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving on complex projects Valid experience or certifications related to welding or other specialized trades is a plus Join us as a carpenter to build exceptional structures while advancing your skills in a dynamic environment.
