Entry-Level Carpenter Clermont, IA Starting Pay:

$22.00hr without experience! We are seeking motivated, entry-level carpenters. This is a full-time role ideal for individuals eager to learn the trade, build hands-on skills, and grow their careers in construction. This position requires a willingness to travel during the workweek and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Assist with framing, measuring, cutting, and assembling materials Operate and maintain hand and power tools Load and unload construction materials Follow job site safety standards and procedures Support skilled carpenters and supervisors as needed Maintain a clean and organized work site Qualifications No formal experience required - we will train the right candidate Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices is a plus Ability to travel Monday-Friday (home on weekends) Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments Valid driver's license preferred If interested, apply directly to this job posting or email your resume to smontiel@aerotek. com Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Decorah, IA.
