Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for framing, trimming, roofing, and other carpentry tasks. Install doors, windows, trim, drywall, and other interior or exterior fixtures with precision. Conduct restoration work or remodeling projects that require careful demolition, rebuilding, or refinishing of existing structures. Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety standards on-site. Use schematics and blueprints to guide the installation of siding, roofing, plastering, or other specialized finishes. Assist with heavy lifting and the operation of heavy equipment to transport materials around the job site. Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on carpentry or related trades such as masonry or roofing. Demonstrated ability in metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, and framing carpentry. Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., saws, hammers) and power tools (e.g., drills, nail guns) essential for daily tasks. Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution. Familiarity with construction management practices including safety protocols and project coordination. Experience operating heavy equipment or machinery relevant to construction projects is a plus. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at various heights or confined spaces.
