Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of carpentry and construction, including trim carpentry, flooring installation, door hanging, and frame carpentry. This is a hands-on role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work on construction sites. Responsibilities:
  • Perform various carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, and finishing work
  • Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
  • Install flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, or tile
  • Repair or replace damaged trim or molding
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Experience:
  • Proven experience in carpentry and construction
  • Proficient in trim carpentry, flooring installation, door hanging, and frame carpentry
  • Knowledge of construction estimating is a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions Experience not necessary, willing to train the right candidate.
