$15-$30 per hour, based on experience Job Description Porter Carpentry is a locally owned company specializing in finish carpentry, custom cabinetry, built-ins, decks, and residential remodeling. We're looking for a dependable carpenter with at least one year of construction experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, has a strong work ethic, and is motivated to develop their carpentry skills. Responsibilities Interior door, trim, and baseboard installation. Custom cabinetry, closets, and built-ins. Framing, decking, and general remodeling. Maintain clean, organized job sites. Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of construction experience. Proficient with basic hand and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure and make accurate cuts. Reliable transportation to job sites. Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Finish carpentry experience preferred but not required. What We Offer $15-$30 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
