River Born Construction is hiring residential framers, with experience to join our team in the Treasure Valley. We build custom homes, additions, and remodels, and we're looking for people who know how to frame efficiently, produce quality work, and show up ready to work every day. If you're dependable, take pride in your craftsmanship, and want to be part of a company that's growing, we'd like to meet you. Responsibilities Frame custom homes, additions, and remodels Read and work from construction plans Layout and frame floors, walls, roofs, and stairs Install engineered beams, headers, and structural hardware Work safely and maintain a clean job site Communicate effectively with the crew and project leadership Qualifications- Do not apply if you don't match all Minimum 1 years of residential framing experience Ability to read blueprints (preferred, not required) Reliable transportation Own basic framing hand tools Physically able to lift 75+ lbs. and work at heights Dependable, punctual, and motivated What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round work Overtime opportunities Opportunities for advancement into Lead Framer and Superintendent positions A professional work environment with high standards and quality craftsmanship Who We're Looking For We're looking for people who: Show up on time, every day.
