Job Description
Overview Bigfoot House Buyer is a real estate investment company that renovates and resells residential homes throughout Boise, ID. We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter / Installer to join our construction team. This position requires expertise in interior and exterior finish work, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced renovation environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Boise, and relocation is required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Execute high-quality finish carpentry, including installation of trim, molding, and custom woodwork Install cabinets, countertops, and interior wood features with precision Perform flooring installations (hardwood, laminate, tile) with proper alignment and finish Apply stucco and siding for exterior renovations with clean and durable results Paint interior and exterior surfaces to a professional standard Operate CNC machinery and specialized tools for detailed carpentry work Maintain a clean and safe worksite in compliance with safety standards Work closely with renovation and acquisition teams to meet project deadlines and quality expectations Lift, carry, and transport materials as needed — this is a physically active role Position Requirements and Skills 2+ years of finish carpentry experience preferred Demonstrated ability to install cabinets, flooring, trim, and perform detailed finish work Experience in stucco, siding, and construction painting Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documentation Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working on-site full-time Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and jobsite awareness Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or collaboratively Must be willing to relocate to Boise, ID and commit to a full-time in-person role
