Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and schematics for various projects Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and perform dimensional measurements for framing and carpentry tasks Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols Use basic math skills to calculate measurements, quantities, and project requirements accurately Collaborate with team members to interpret technical drawings and ensure project specifications are met Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials efficiently throughout each project phase Experience Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills and saws; heavy equipment operation preferred Knowledge of framing techniques including woodworking, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, frame carpentry Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for long work hours on-site Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for accurate construction work Join us if you're passionate about construction craftsmanship!
