Carpenter

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our Crew at Trailhead structures.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SEASONED CARPENTER, NOT A LABORER.

We are a post frame construction company that builds shops, shop homes, office spaces, shop expansions, and conditioned space shop remodels. Must have reliable transportation with a valid drivers license. Must be on time, we start at 6am. With the expectation to be at the job site 15min prior to start time. Must have good attitude with willingness to learn and follow directions. Must be able to work effectively in a timely manner. Be able to take directions on tasks and complete it on your own. Work safely, and clean up after yourself. Looking for someone that takes pride in their work, and will take the extra step to deliver quality finishes. Must be able to look ahead of the work being performed to be able to effectively complete the task, and stay one step ahead and be able to pick up the next task without being told. Pole structure / pole barn experience preferred for the position, but not mandatory if you are a well rounded carpenter we can teach you the process. Must be comfortable with heights and be able to lift heavy materials as needed. Metal siding and trim work preferred but not mandatory. Experienced carpenters will be compensated more. 4

• 10hr days, with the possibility of overtime.

Again we are not looking for a laborer. If you helped your dad build a shed once, but all your work experience is a restaurant worker. You are not a carpenter. Don't waste your time.
