Key Responsibilities:
Support students' participation in classroom activities through fine motor, sensory, and self-care skill development Adapt tasks and environments to accommodate individual student needs Conduct diagnostic and evaluative assessments for early childhood learners Compile clear, insightful assessment reports and recommendations Develop and maintain individualized education plan (IEP) goals and accommodations Collaborate with parents and staff to communicate children's strengths and areas for growth
Desired Qualifications:
Hold, or be eligible for, an Illinois state OT or COTA license Strong, clear communication and the ability to thrive within a collaborative team Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
