The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and light commercial construction, renovations, and repairs. Responsibilities Perform high‑quality framing, trim, cabinetry, drywall, flooring, and general carpentry. Execute detailed finish work with precision and craftsmanship. Complete punch lists, small tasks, and warranty work efficiently. Install doors, windows, hardware, and built‑ins. Perform frame carpentry for walls, roofs, and other structural components. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met. Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry or related fields is essential. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools specific to carpentry tasks. Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience leading small crews or mentoring laborers. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
