Kelvin Company LLC is a small Non-Union Concrete Contracting Firm that is dedicated to the installation of Concrete throughout the Northshore, Chicagoland Area. We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Workers must have 5 -7 years of experience with installation of concrete work, carpentry skills for framing foundation walls using symons Forms, frameing flatwork, operating multiple equipments (Skidsteer with foot, hand controls, track machine for excavating, etc) will be a plus. We would prefer someone that is a all around worker with concrete, speaks english, some spanish is a plus and has a valid Illinios Drivers License and we have worked year around for the last 6 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1: Communicating production goals (and other items) with crew members 2: Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times 3: Installation of flatwork (Framing of sidewalks, stairs, grading, pouring of concrete, finishing and stamped concrete) 4: Knowledgable and able to Frame foundation walls with Symon Forms 5: Operate and drive plow truck in winter months if concrete work is not available 6: Operate concrete construction equipment (Skidsteers, Mini track excavator & etc)

QUALIFICATIONS

1: Minimum 8-10 years experience with concrete construction 2: Experience using basic Concrete Construction equipment 3: A clean valid Illinois driver's license 4: The ability to lift 50+ lbs 5: The ability to communicate in English, Spanish speaking is highly a plus 6: A positive attitude 7: Have the ability to operate plow truck with spreader and at least 8 years of experience We offer Health, Aflac Insurance benefits, Ira's, after 6 months of employment and overtime.
