Responsibilities Assist in framing, drywall installation, and finishing work using hand tools and power tools Perform trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and fixture setup with precision Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and roofing tasks as needed Support restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold cleanup, and structural repairs Handle heavy lifting and material fabrication safely on-site while adhering to safety protocols Assist with siding, stucco application, metal stud framing, and other exterior/interior finishing tasks Requirements Prior experience in construction site work or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated learners Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques such as blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in physically demanding environments Knowledge of various trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall finishing is a plus Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when required This role is paid and designed for individuals eager to develop their skills across multiple areas of construction.
