Design Experts/Sales Rep

We specialize in premium concrete coating systems for garages, basements, patios, and commercial spaces , helping homeowners and businesses transform their concrete surfaces into durable, beautiful floors built to last. Responsibilities Run in-home design consultations with homeowners and business owners Inspect concrete surfaces and recommend the best coating solution Present product benefits and explain the installation process Design custom floor coating systems with customers Provide estimates and present financing options Close sales and collect deposits Follow our proven sales process and methodology Maintain customer communication and follow-ups Network and develop referral opportunities Sales representatives are encouraged to build their own pipeline through referrals, networking, and professional groups such as BNI or similar organizations. Compensation This is a commission-based sales position with strong earning potential.

Typical earnings:

Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and attitude Ability to build trust with customers Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable presenting in customers' homes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in home improvement sales, construction, remodeling, or flooring sales is a plus but not required.
