We are currently seeking a reliable Installer (1099) to assist our project team with modular wall installations across various job sites in the Greater Chicago area

Core Responsibilities Full System Installation:

Perform the end-to-end installation of the modular wall system when subcontractors are not utilized.

Logistics & Material Handling:

Unload delivery trucks on-site and safely transport all tools and materials to the specific installation area.

Efficiency & Time Management:

Execute installation tasks efficiently to ensure projects are completed within the specified budgeted timeframe.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain strict attention to detail so that the final installation meets or exceeds all client requirements and specifications.

Site Clean-Up:

Reload the truck with company tools and any unused materials upon project completion. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in carpentry, commercial installations, or mechanical assembly (modular wall experience is a strong plus). Ability to work independently under the direction of an on-site Foreman. High physical stamina, with the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and tools. Strong communication and customer service skills for professional client walkthroughs. Must possess your own reliable transportation to travel to various job sites across Milwaukee. Flexible schedule - working hours will vary from week to week. Some shifts will be working on nights and weekends.

Required PPE:

Must provide and wear required standard PPE at all times on-site: Hard hat Safety glasses High-visibility vest or high-visibility clothing Work boots

Pay:

$29.00 - $30.00 per hour
