Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks that contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Duties Assist with framing, drywall installation, and finishing using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Install fixtures, doors, siding, cabinetry, and other building components with precision Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and roofing tasks as needed Support water damage restoration, plastering, stucco application, and mold remediation projects Operate heavy machinery and perform heavy lifting safely in accordance with power tool safety protocols Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding or ladders, and organizing materials for efficient workflow Experience Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry or related trades Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, metal stud framing, flooring installation, tile laying, and fixture installation Knowledge of construction estimating processes and project planning is a plus Experience working on restoration projects including water damage repair or mold remediation is desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when required Prior experience in the restoration industry or remodeling projects is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
