Carpentry Construction Laborer Pay:

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour We are looking to add a hardworking, dependable team member to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, staying active throughout the day, and working in a team environment. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in roofing, landscaping, construction labor, carpentry, siding, concrete work, or other physically demanding trades.

What You'll Do:

Perform interior production and construction-related work in a manufacturing environment Use hand tools and pneumatic tools including air nailers and hammers Measure, assemble, fasten, and complete projects according to specifications Work on your feet throughout the day with frequent movement and lifting Maintain quality standards and safe work practices Assist with general labor duties and support team production goals

What We're Looking For:

Experience in roofing, landscaping, carpentry, siding, concrete, construction labor, or similar hands-on work preferred Comfortable using an air nailer and hand tools Ability to work in a physically active environment and handle repetitive movement Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable lifting, climbing, bending, and being active throughout the shift Construction or labor background is highly valued Why Join?
