Lead Carpenter

Archadeck of Chicagoland is the region's premier designer and builder of outdoor living spaces, including decks, screened porches, sunrooms, and pergolas. We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team and oversee the construction of our projects. We provide training, clear plans, daily communication, and treat our tradespeople like the critical part of our team they are. Each Lead Carpenter will be paired with an assistant to help on every project. Must have pride in your work, be reliable, honest, and willing to work hard. Background checks and references will be required. Starting at $25 an hour based on experience with additional job bonuses based on on time and quality of build.

Requirements:

Minimal 1 year rough carpentry or deck experience Reliable truck or van, valid Driver's License, and auto insurance Must have a full set of personal carpentry tools Ability to lift a minimum of 100 lbs.
