Must excel in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in plumbing and electrical work preferred. Excellent communication and professional appearance are required. Regular interaction with tenants and real estate agents is necessary.
Compensation:
$25 hourly
Responsibilities:
Provide detailed progress reports to the project manager and/or owner, updating them on project status and anticipated completion dates Manage and organize tools and supplies efficiently to support project tasks Ensure the vehicle and job site are clean at the end of each workday Adapt to a variety of tasks throughout the day, demonstrating flexibility Demonstrate a willingness to acquire new skills and techniques
Qualifications:
